Nicole Stefonek-Weiss is a musical theater performer and instructor who holds a BFA from St. Mary’s University of Winona, MN. She also studied at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, Ireland and The Cabaret Conference at Yale in New Haven, CT.
Nicole has performed with companies in St. Paul, Minneapolis, New York and Pittsburgh. While in NYC, she wrote and performed for the Duplex Cabaret where she was nominated for a MAC award.
Since moving to Pittsburgh, Nicole has taught ballroom dance for Arthur Murray Dance Studios and performed with the Pittsburgh CLO Cabaret. Favorite productions include Ring of Fire (Pittsburgh CLO), Little Women (Paragon Studios), The Jamal Girls (PS122 NYC), The Rocky Horror Show (Mpls MT), And the World Goes ‘Round (John Hassler Theater, MN) and Tony ‘n Tina’s Wedding (Hey City Theater, Mpls). Nicole’s favorite role is that of “mama” to her 2 daughters. She is currently on the faculty of Paragon Studios where she has been teaching musical theater performance and voice for all ages for the past 10 years.
