Musical Theatre Dance for adults!

If you’ve ever wanted to up your game on the stage, this is the class for you!

Different styles of dance will be covered, including tap, with the focus of the class being commonly used steps in auditions and musical dance numbers. As the class progresses, we will strive to pick up speed in learning the steps as they are demonstrated. Terminology and names of steps will also be taught so you can be more confident as steps are called out in rehearsal or auditions!

We will assess levels in the first class and be ready to handle various levels of ability for weeks 2-5, so please don’t let lack of formal training hold you back. For those with previous training – be ready to sweat!

Whether you want to open yourself up to more roles, attend dance auditions for musicals, or just HAVE FUN with some cool people – come on out! (Class size is limited to allow for plenty of room) All ages 18+ welcome!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No refunds are given for missed classes. Students are encouraged to be consistent with attendance. A $5.00 fee will be charged during the two nine-week sessions to help cover heating costs. This is an effort to keep class prices lower. (This means each student pays $10.00 total per year.)  There is a production fee charged in the middle of the year for participation in our show. This generally runs $30 for levels 1&2 and $40 for levels 3 & 4.

Private voice students – Missed lessons – Students may make up ONE lesson per nine weeks. Please understand that any lesson missed beyond the one per nine week session will not be made up and a refund will not be issued. (Any lesson missed due to teacher cancellation will be made up at the student’s convenience.)
